Features

Seamlessly Notify Maintenance Staff

Our Maintenance app will reflect all maintenance issues submitted through the HotelKey Frontdesk system. Permitted Users are able to assign these orders to maintenance staff to be made aware of and address accordingly.

Issues are separated by type to enable the Maintenance Engineer to prioritize the work orders as necessary.

Easy to view color codes provide a quick view of the days issues whether they are open, fixed, or cancelled.

Real Time Data

Maintenance Staff will simply tap to start when entering rooms to complete work orders. And tap to complete upon leaving the room when the service has been provided. This enables the Frontdesk and Management staff access to Real Time Data on maintenance issues.

HotelKey's Maintenance App will also track the amount of time it is taking Maintenance Engineers to complete the assigned work order. This information is invaluable when tracking quality and efficiency of property operations

Immediately knowing the status of maintenance issues as they are resolved allows busy properties to accommodate their arriving guests and provides a better service experience for Walk In customers.

Multiple Viewing Tools

As with all HotelKey apps, the Maintenance app allows a user to view multiple sets of data. How much work has been completed that needs to be validated? What percentage of issues have been complete? What rooms are assigned for service or still need a maintenance engineer assigned? Who fixed an issue on a previous day?

All of the above and more can be answered with the multiple quick views and search functionality within the app. Charts show a quick percentage reference, while the Home tab shows a high level status overview of maintenance items at the property. The app will also allow the user to search previous days to review all data related to specific room and maintenance types, or drill down into the specific issue for more details and remarks.

Frontdesk Integration

All information updated through the HotelKey Maintenance App will seamlessly update into our Frontdesk system. No extra emails, printed reports, or walkie talkie communication needed.

Maintenance Engineers can also submit issues on their own through the app which will automatically update all systems and staff accordingly. Our app empowers property staff to run a smoother and more efficient operation by improving communication and making sure the right data gets to the right place as fast as possible.
